Izvorishte is the nearest village to the Villa Zones where our Bulgarian properties for sale are located. It is set in the pleasant hills of Stara Planina mountain which is famous for being an ecological clean area.

It is only 15 minutes away from the town of Bourgas which has many shops and the International Airport for the area with regular, Bulgaria budget flights to the UK and the rest of Europe.

The place has a very calm and peaceful atmosphere and suitable climate for growing fruits and vineyards. There are mineral springs, stunning views, wild and virgin forests as well as several lakes ideal for spending a day out fishing, walking or just taking some fresh air.
